Employees of DKT Co., Ltd., employees of partner companies, and customers may report misconduct by DKT employees, including the receipt of money or gifts, unfair business practices involving the abuse of superior bargaining position, leakage of confidential company information, and other acts of misconduct or corruption.
You may report the following types of misconduct or unethical behavior.
Work-related misconduct involving bribery, the receipt of money or improper benefits, embezzlement, breach of trust, or similar acts by employees of the company or its affiliates.
Conduct that damages the company's reputation or disrupts the workplace, such as spreading false information or defamatory statements against specific employees.
Unreasonable management practices that cause losses to the company or intentional neglect of duty by employees.
Accounting misconduct that violates internal accounting control regulations or related standards.
Unauthorized disclosure of confidential company information or customer-related information to external parties.
Any other conduct that violates the company's ethical management policies or regulations.
DKT strictly protects the identity of whistleblowers and the confidentiality of all reports.
The whistleblower's identity is disclosed only to the CEO, and responsible employees are required to sign a Whistleblower Identity Protection Pledge.
Any attempt to identify a whistleblower is prohibited, and whistleblowers will not be subject to disadvantages in promotion, reassignment, working conditions, or other employment matters.
After a case is closed, DKT will communicate with the whistleblower to determine whether any disadvantage or retaliation has occurred and take immediate action if necessary.
If an individual voluntarily reports their own misconduct, mitigation of responsibility may be considered based on the severity of the violation and the individual's overall work conduct.
